- 11:30 AM — Parade Muster ???? Get your banners ready, grab your spot, and say hello!
- 12:00 PM — Parade Sets Off ???? Let’s paint the town rainbow!
- 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM — Main Event ???? Live music, performances, food, fun — SO MUCH LOVE!
???? GETTING TO & FROM PRIDE
Your safety matters to us from the moment you leave home until you’re safely back with your feet up!
- Buddy Up! ???? Whenever you can, walk or travel with friends — it’s safer and way more fun!
- Stay Connected ???? If you’re heading in solo, give someone you trust a call and stay on the line until you’re safely at muster, your transport, or a busy, well-lit spot. No one needs to walk alone!
????️???? STAYING SAFE DURING THE PARADE
Our march is all about visibility, pride, and community — let’s keep it smooth, colourful, and incident-free!
- Rolling Road Closure ???? We’ll be managing traffic along the route. Please follow directions from our team to keep the path clear and everyone moving!
- Help is Always Near ???? Marching alongside you will be our amazing team: CSAS-Trained Road Marshalls, Pride Marshalls, First Aiders, and Security. Spot someone in a hi-vis vest or lanyard? That’s your go-to if you need help, directions, or just a friendly face!
????️ LOOKING OUT FOR EACH OTHER AT THE MAIN EVENT
Safety is a team sport — we all do better when we all look out for one another!
- See Something, Say Something ???? If something feels off, looks suspicious, or you or a friend feel unwell, overwhelmed, or anxious — please tell us straight away. No hesitation needed.
- Who to Find ???? Our Pride Staff, Security, Marshalls, and First Aiders will be positioned all around the venue. Any of them are ready to help — no judgment, just care.
☀️ BEAT THE HEAT — STAY COOL & HYDRATED!
August sunshine = AMAZING! ☀️… but celebrating all day under it needs a little prep!
- At the Parade ????♀️ Slap on that sun cream! ???? Pop a hat or a fan in your bag, take it at a steady pace, and drink plenty of water before we step off.
- At the Main Event ???? Even indoors, a room full of wonderful, warm people = warm vibes! ????️ Take breaks, step outside for fresh air, and listen to your body — rest whenever you need to!

To keep our space safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone:
- ???? No Outside Food or Drink (alcohol included) inside the main event space — thank you for understanding!
- ???? WATER BOTTLE EXCEPTION! — Every attendee may bring one clear, sealed bottle of water with you! Stay hydrated, folks!
- ???? We’ve Got You Covered! — Fully stocked bar + amazing local food vendors serving up deliciousness all afternoon. Come hungry! ????
