Returns
All items are printed specifically to order. For this reason, returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or change of mind cannot be processed. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is found to be faulty.
Faulty Products
Whilst rare, printing or manufacturing faults can occasionally occur. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@gywpride.co.uk or message via our social media, including a clear photo and full description of the fault. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund as you prefer.
Please note: faults reported more than 28 days after dispatch are eligible for replacement only, and not refund.
Shipping
When will my products be dispatched?
Our turnaround time is 3-5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.
Delivery times are in addition to the processing/dispatch period, so please account for both when estimating when your order will arrive.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend asking the customer to check at their local post office and confirming their address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS or DHL. The packaging for different products is varied, but it’s all eco-friendly. The vast majority of parcels ship plastic-free.
